Keep your Companion with you, be seated on the throne of a detached observer and remain happy.

Today, Baba, the World Benefactor, is happy to see the children from all over the world. Lines of love and co­operation are visible on the faces of all the children. BapDada is hearing the song, “My Baba”, emerging from the heart of each one. In response, BapDada says: “Oh My extremely dear, extremely dear and beloved children!”. Each child is very dear and very much loved. Why? You are the few out of multimillions and the handful out of the few. Therefore, what does that make you?

That makes you beloved, does it not? BapDada is happy to see the beloved children. He constantly sees the children dancing in happiness and wishes to see them dancing ­ constantly (sada). You do remain happy, but Baba wishes to see you in this state ­ constantly. Do you constantly remain happy? Or does your happiness fluctuate? Is it that sometimes there is a lot of happiness, sometimes a little less and sometimes very little?

BapDada has told you earlier also that, at present, you children need to serve the world in such a way that through your face, through your eyes and through a few words, you are able to remove the sorrow of every soul and give them happiness. As soon as they see you, they should become happy. This is why you should constantly have a happy face and be an image of happiness, because the happiness in the mind is clearly revealed on the face. Even if a wandering, distressed soul who is experiencing sorrow comes in front of you, even if he considers it impossible to remain happy, as soon as he comes in front of you, your image, your attitude and your vision should transform that soul. Today, people spend so much money for happiness of mind and so many new facilities are created for their entertainment. Theirs are temporary facilities (sadhan), whereas you are making true spiritual endeavour (sadhana) for all time. So, your spiritual endeavour should transform those souls. They may bring distress (hai! hai!) when they come to you, but they should be singing praise (wah! wah!) when they leave. “Wah, it is the wonder of the souls belonging to God!” From time to time, as souls become distressed in spite of the temporary facilities, at such times, your happiness will become their support because you are the ones who have the fortune of happiness. Do you have the fortune of happiness or not? You are not incomplete in this, are you? You are those who have the fortune of happiness (khushnaseeb). No other souls throughout the entire kalpa have the fortune of happiness that you have. Is there anyone else? Give others the experience of such great intoxication through your face and behaviour. Are you able to do this? Or, are you already doing this?

If you do not experience happiness in Brahmin life, what have you achieved by becoming a Brahmin? Brahmin life means a life of happiness. Sometimes, BapDada sees that the face of some children is slightly..... What happens then? All of you are laughing, but you all know very well what happens. Seeing such faces, BapDada feels mercy and is also a little amazed. My children and yet they are unhappy! Is this possible? It is not. To be unhappy means to be a servant of Maya.

However, you are the master conquerors of Maya. What is Maya compared to you? It is not even an ant; it is a dead ant. From a distance, it seems to be alive, but in fact, it is dead. You simply need to have the power to discriminate from a distance. Just as you have the knowledge of the Father in great detail, in the same way, imbibe the knowledge of the various forms of Maya and have recognition of her. Maya creates fear in you just like parents create fear in their children in order to make them fearless. They do not do anything, but purposely create fear to make them fearless. In the same way, Maya also adopts various forms to make you belong to her. When Maya adopts any of her various forms, you should also become those with various forms and recognise her. What games do you play when you are not able to recognise her? You start battling, thinking, “Oh dear! Maya has come!” And when you battle, the mind and intellect become tired.

Then, out of tiredness, what do you say? “Maya is very powerful.” It is not Maya, but what is it? It is nothing but your weakness becoming different forms of Maya. BapDada constantly wishes to see every child having the intoxication of the fortune of happiness, of constantly having a happy face, and of remaining happy with the nourishment of happiness and complete with the treasures of happiness. What does one need in life? Nourishment and treasures. What else does one need?

Therefore, do you have the nourishment of happiness or does the stock of treasures finish? Your treasures of happiness are limitless. They are limitless, are they not? The more you spend, the more they increase. Even if you do not make any other effort, simply keep this aim: “No matter what happens, whether it is through the state of one’s own mind, through other souls, or through the elements or atmosphere, I must not let go of my happiness.” This is easy effort, is it not? Or, does your happiness slip away? Is it easy or is it sometimes difficult? Maintain this determination and forget everything else. Simply make the one aspect firm: “I have to remain happy.” What will the different situations seem like then? Just a game. Constantly remain seated on the seat of a detached observer when watching your own games. Even if someone insults you or tries to distress you and bring you down from your self­respect of a detached observer, you should not come down from your throne of a detached observer. Your happiness reduces when you do come down.

BapDada has told you two words earlier also: Companion (Saathi) and detached observer (Saakshi). When BapDada is with you, then the stage of a detached observer is very strong. All of you say that BapDada is with you, BapDada is with you! However, you have the influence of Maya over you and you also say that BapDada is with you. BapDada is with you, but you do not use His companionship at the time of need; you put Him aside at that time. When someone is with you, or when a task comes up, when a situation arises, you do not remember the Company you have, but become engrossed in the situation. You believe that you have this Company and you also experience it. Would any of you say that you do not have this Company? No one would say this. All of you say: “Baba is with me”. None of you say: “Baba is with you”. Each one says: “Baba is with me, Baba is my Companion.” He is, is He not? Do you say this in your mind or through your lips?

Do you say this in your mind? You are waving your hands and this means, “Ha ji”. BapDada continues to see the games. BapDada is sitting with you and yet you become so engrossed in your own situation, trying to face it, that you don’t even realise who is with you. So what does Baba do then? From being the Companion, BapDada also becomes the Observer and observes your games. Do not do this any more. Since you call Him your Companion, fulfil the responsibility of a companion. Why do you move away from Him? Baba does not like that. BapDada has the pure desire that each of you children becomes, and you truly are, a self­sovereign and thereby one who has a right to world sovereignty. Are all of you part of the subjects? You do not wish to become subjects, do you? You are kings, are you not? You are the emperors, the world kings. You are those who create subjects, not those who become the subjects. You are those who will become kings, are you not? You are those who will become kings and who will create subjects. So where does a king sit? He sits on a throne, does he not? When someone has the intoxication of being the king, he remains seated on the throne in a practical way. So, do not get off the throne of a detached observer. When you make single effort, you become tired. Today, you paid attention to thoughts; tomorrow, you will pay attention to words or to connections and relations etc. You become tired in this. Simply make the one effort of not coming off the throne of a detached observer; remain happy­hearted and seated on your throne. If a king is looking very serious whilst seated on his throne, if he is seated on the throne and yet looking very angry and official, would you like it? You would say: That one is not a king. So, all of you are constantly seated on the throne, are you not? Those kings sometimes sit on the throne and sometimes they do not, but your throne of a detached observer is such that you can be seated on the throne whilst performing any task. You do not have to get off the throne. You are seated on the throne whilst sleeping; you are seated on the throne whilst sitting or standing and whilst coming into contact or relationship with others. Do you know how to remain seated on the throne or not? Do you slip off the throne? A soul who is seated on the throne of an observer can never become distressed because of any problem. The problems would remain under the throne and you would be seated on the throne. The problems would not be able to raise their heads in front of you; they would remain suppressed underneath. They would not distress you. When you press hard on something, it finishes by itself. At such a time, BapDada is amazed; you should not be amazed. You may be amazed at your own self, but do not be amazed about others. What are My children doing? They are getting off the throne. You are seated on the throne now; only when you instil the sanskars of being seated on the throne now will you be able to sit on the world throne. If you are not constantly seated on the throne here, then there also, you will not able to sit on the throne all the time, that is, for the full period. You have to fill yourself with all these sanskars at this time.

Whatever sanskars you have filled yourself with will work in satyug. You have to fill yourself with sanskars of royalty at this time. Do not think that there is still some time remaining, that destruction is not going to take place that quickly. Do not think in this way because destruction will take place suddenly. It will not first ask you if you are ready. Everything will happen suddenly. How did all of you become Brahmins? You suddenly got the message, you saw an exhibition, you came into contact and relationship and you transformed yourselves. Did you think that you would become Brahmins on a particular date? Did you think this? You became Brahmins suddenly. So transformation will also take place suddenly. First of all, Maya makes you very careless. If you think about it, then even the year 2000 that you had thought of is almost here. You think: Let me just take a little rest! First, Maya will spread her magic and make you careless in some aspect, whether it is in service, yoga, dharna or relations and connections. You will think: This happens all the time; this will continue to happen. In this way, Maya will first try to make you careless. Then destruction will suddenly take place. Then, at that time, do not say that BapDada did not tell you that it would happen like this. This is why you are being warned in advance not to become careless in any aspect. You have to be alert in all subjects; even if something happens right now, remain alert. At that time, do not call out: BapDada, come! Come and fulfil Your responsibility, give me a little power. Baba will not give it at that time. Accumulate it at this time. Whichever power you need to any extent, all of you have full permission to take whatever you want; the treasure­store is open. However much power you want, whichever power you want, take that now. The teacher or the principal would not help you at the time of the exams.

Seeing the double foreigners, Baba is doubly happy. Why is this? Because double foreigners have to make double the effort to transform themselves. This is why, when BapDada sees the double foreign children, He is doubly happy, “Wah, My double­foreign children!”. Double foreigners, raise your hands! Wah, it is very good. You may clap twice. BapDada continually hears and sees the news of service abroad. As a result, zeal and enthusiasm for service is very good. It is just that you sometimes take the burden of service upon yourselves. Do not carry this burden. Give the burden to the Father. This burden is nothing for the Father, but by carrying the burden of service yourself, you become tired. You do very good service and do not become tired when doing the service. At that time, your face is very good; it is worth taking a photograph of, but some of you ­ not all of you ­ after doing that service have a tired face. Baba asks: Why do you carry the burden? Is it that you like carrying the burden or is it that you have created that habit? Do not carry the burden. You feel it to be a burden when the Father is not with you. When you think, “I did this, I am doing this, I am doing this”, then that becomes a burden. If the Father is with you, it is His task and He is enabling you to do it, then there will be no burden. You will remain light. You will begin to dance. When you dance, you dance very well. Look at the dancing of the double foreigners; it is very good. They do not tire themselves, they dance like angels. When Indians dance, their feet become tired, even their hands become tired. Foreigners dance very lightly. So, in the same way, consider service to be a dance, consider it to be a game. Do not become tired. BapDada does not like this photo. (of becoming tired).

On the whole, the result of the foreign lands is good. The centres are also doing very well and continuing with expansion. In Bharat, there aren’t so many hands, otherwise, many centres would open. What do those of each zone say? They do not have enough hands. In this year, do the service of creating your own hands. Do not ask for hands, create your own hands and, in fact, donate them to others. Donate and perform charity.

In the foreign lands, they have a very good method. Wherever a centre is opened, the people there do their lokik jobs and also look after the centre. They do not have the problem of how the centre will function or who will look after it. You should not think: Why should we do a lokik job? This is the means of your service. You are not doing a lokik job, but are doing the lokik job to become instruments to carry out an alokik task. Wherever you go, you have the enthusiasm to open a centre there. So, whilst you have a lokik job, do not think in this way. You are doing the lokik job for the sake of an alokik task and so you are surrendered. There shouldn’t be any lokik feelings. When there are alokik feelings, then you are surrendered whilst doing a lokik job. It is not that you have to give up your lokik job and have a surrender ceremony. How else would there be expansion? This is why, whilst doing a lokik job, you become instrumental for an alokik task, and so, for souls who are living in an alokik environment whilst doing a lokik job, not just double congratulations, but multimillion congratulations to such souls. Do you understand? Therefore, do not say, “Dadi, let me leave this job; make me free from this.” Do not say this. You are creating a double reward. Yes, if there is a need, then they will automatically ask you to leave that job. What does it matter to you?

The Dadis are responsible, you should just continue to have that alokik feeling whilst doing your lokik job. Do not become tired. You become tired whilst doing your lokik job and then you come and say: What can I do? It should not be like this any more. Fulfil both responsibilities with happiness, because it has been seen that double­foreign souls have the power to do both at the same time. So, use your power! “When can I leave my job? What will happen?” Leave this to Baba and the instrument Dadis; you don’t have to think about this. Those who have a lokik job and are also looking after a centre, raise your hands! It is good, it is very good. You should remain carefree. You will claim a number anyway. You will receive just as much as those who do service all day long.

Simply do everything as a trustee; do not have the consciousness of “I”. “I am doing so much work!” Do not have this consciousness of “I”. Karavanhar is inspiring you to do it; you are just an instrument and are functioning with the support of the Power.

Today, it is the turn of the double foreigners. You also have a lot of happiness seeing the double foreigners, do you not? So, are all the double foreigners very happy and cheerful? You may clap with your hands (making sound). Maya does not come to you in Madhuban any more, does she?

Look how beautiful the meeting of the teachers of Bharat and the double foreigners is! You teachers haven’t seen so much of the foreigners’ season and the double foreigners are probably seeing for the first time a gathering of the teachers. Both of you are enjoying the mela, are you not? Do the teachers like it? Do the double foreigners like it? It is good. Teachers have also reached here by invitation. Did you ever think that you would receive an invitation like this? Did you ever think this? It happened suddenly and so you liked it, did you not? Achcha, all those teachers who have reached here by invitation, raise your hands!

Those from Delhi also gave a very good message. BapDada has special happiness that you carried out the task collectively without any obstacles; and so, congratulations for that! Someone or another definitely becomes an instrument. BapDada saw how the instrument children tirelessly kept their aim and, no matter whether it was day or night, whether they had to stand all the time or whether they were seated, they achieved their aim. For the Prime Minister and the President or anyone else to come, that was the success of their aim. Because there was one aim and the feeling that all of you had to give a finger, and do everything with happiness, tirelessly, then that aim took practical shape. And so this determination became the key to success. Wherever you carry out a task, make this aim firm and carry out the task collectively. Not a single person should say that he did not do anything for the task. No matter who carries out the task, collectively, there should be everyone’s co­ operation. There should also be the happiness that you are carrying out the programme. You should not think that so­and­so is carrying out the task and that you are just observing them; no. You are not those who just observe, but those who actually do; whether it is through thoughts, words or deeds. Whoever it is, young or old, whether they are doing their job on the stage or sitting at home serving through their thoughts or words, everyone has to give their finger of co­operation in service. Delhi has a special blessing, and within that, Jagdishbhai has a special blessing in the task of establishment. This time, BapDada saw that there was not a single centre of Delhi that did not give its co­operation. There must be over a 100 centres ­ the centres far away are a different matter ­ but all of those centres in Delhi took on this service with great happiness and finished it with great happiness. This was the means for success. (asking Jagdishbhai.) It was like this, was it not?

Wherever you do it, first of all have everyone come together; whether you have a meeting or whether you speak to them on the phone. If you don’t have time, you can have a meeting over the phone. All of them had a very good meeting. It is easy to have a meeting in Delhi because there is only one Delhi, but understand that wherever there is the power of the gathering, there is victory. However, obstacles will of course come. Why are you called the destroyers of obstacles? What does it mean to be a destroyer of obstacles? For you to destroy the obstacles that come. This has to happen anyway. It the duty of the obstacles to come and your duty to become their destroyers. Do not worry about them. This is just a game. This is just a game within the play and of course you enjoy yourself when you are watching a game. Secondly, from this programme, everyone should pay attention that wherever there are co­operative souls, for instance, when you carry out a programme in London and there is a very special, closely co­operative soul in America, then at such a time, according to the task, at any place, make that co­operative soul an instrument. Souls whom BapDada calls small mikes can also create an impression. Continue to make those who come into contact co­operate with you from time to time. It should not be that you only get in touch with them when you have conferences and that you then become engaged in your own service; no. You create new service all the time and then you don't have so much time for the old souls who have been in contact with you. Now, create a group of such co­operative souls. Wherever you may be, even if they are from foreign lands, you can take benefit of them in India. You can take benefit of the foreigners in the foreign lands and of the Indians in India, but definitely take benefit of those who co­operate with you.

Those from Delhi, raise your hands! Very good. You have given very good support to one another. Where is Brijmohan? Look, the instrument souls, with one another’s co­operation, attained success because of saying, “ha ji, ha ji” to one another. Therefore, constantly remember this lesson. At the time of service, do not look at one another’s nature or sanskars. When you look at that and think, “This one did this or that one said so­and­so”, then success becomes distant. Do not even look at that. Instead, think: It is very good, it is very good. Simply use the words “Ha ji” and “very good” for every task. There is variety in everyone’s nature and this will always be there. When you look at one another’s nature, then service finishes. Baba is inspiring you to do it. So, since it is Baba’s task, look at Baba. It is not a particular person’s duty, but Baba’s duty. Baba does not have any particular nature as such. In this way, you will not stop to look at anyone’s nature. Delhi has prepared a very good plan. BapDada is congratulating those from Delhi.
The Forum of the foreigners is always successful every year. The foundation is being prepared. The land is being prepared in BapDada’s home. To make the seed grow is the task of all of you at your own places. BapDada prepared the land and sowed the seed here in Madhuban, and now to give water and let the fruit emerge is the duty of all of you. Fruit will definitely emerge. Simply continue to look at the list of participants and make a group of those who keep in touch with them. When you become busy in new service, you become slack in this (looking after the old contacts). The double foreigners have very good expansion and very good methods. Therefore, to the instrument Janak, and all the right hands, congratulations from the entire Brahmin family. Achcha.

All of you are happy and will always remain happy. Is it like this? Is what BapDada saying correct? Or will your face change when any test paper comes? No. It should not change. Do you know what happens at that time? What does BapDada see at that time? It is the fashion nowadays to put on a mask. In the same way, at that time, your face is not original, it is as though you have put on a mask. Some have a mask of one type, some of another type. Some have a mask of greed, some of attachment, some of arrogance, some of the consciousness of “I”, some of the consciousness of “mine”, and so the face changes all the time. Then you become distressed. When you put on another face, you become distressed. At that time, because you have put on a mask, you become very hot.

Therefore, do not do this; do not put on another mask. Constantly let your face be that of your original form. BapDada has many photographs of each one. Here, in the corporeal world, there isn’t enough space to keep your photographs. Achcha.

In one second, can you become as completely bodiless as the Father? Apply a full­stop in one second and stabilise yourself in the bodiless stage in one second. (BapDada conducted drill for three minutes.) Achcha, continue to practise this throughout the day again and again.

To all those who are the conquerors of Maya, the conquerors of matter, seated on the throne of a detached observer and constantly experiencing the company of the Companion; to those who, with determination, constantly make success the garland around their neck; to those who constantly remain light, the same as the Father; to those who use their might to liberate the world from the weakness of sorrow and peacelessness for all time; to such master oceans of happiness, master oceans of joy, master oceans of love and master oceans of knowledge; to those who are equal to the Father, love, remembrance and namaste.
